I'm sure you won't be on your own, but do remember to report back. Enjoy!

A good night. Mike Eccles made his way around everyone and chatted. Spoke to Will Lovell and Sid Adibyi. Lots of free beer. Caught up with a few friends.

A new owner wasn't divulged, but another signing to be announced next week.

Some temporary some
Permanent signings in the near future acc to ME. Investment alluded to but no names provided - sensibly.

Speechless mate, saw a pick of you at the event. You'll run out of room for ink soon mate 8)

In terms of the investment on the Horizon, after Salford managed to pull a Swiss banking Rabbit out of a hat last week, maybe the connection with IMG is opening the eyes of a global investor audience to the possibilities of the sport? In terms of the cash being thrown at Cricket at the moment, maybe Rugby League is seen as another good investment? The RFU just got £10 million a year for 10 years for naming rights at TW2 and as far as I can see, there are about 10 internationals there a year + a couple of cup finals and a Quins BIG GAME.....that is a lot of Bucks for a very little bang, so someone stumping up 10% of that to buy the only Pro RL club in London is a real possibility. Here is hoping.

Not sure the bang is quite a small as you suggest. You may be right about 10 internationals if you include this summer's friendly with France & the Baabaa's games but Quins now play the Big Game & Summer Bash there, the Battle of Twickenham High Street otherwise known as Army v Navy is in May (our fighting men & women certainly like to fight) & the current 3 concert days which the RFU are trying to get Richmond Council to increase to 15.

Anyway we can but hope somebody has more money than sense & jumps on board.

Found this on Rugby League.com
I would like to think somebody at the club has been in touch with Paul if only top tap his brain. He has certainly been there, done that & bought the replica shirt. I well remember him turning up at Fulham games with his truck & sound system blaring out music & announcements. I think, but wouldn't stake my life on it that he was the first to mic up a Ref to explain decisions. It might have been one of the Connolly brothers but can't remember where, Chiswick, National Rec or maybe Copthorne. Anyone remember?
