My greatest achievement to date has been restructuring the club, after it was relegated from Super League in 2014,
by moving the club to a single venue for training and playing as well as getting the junior teams on the same site. Costs were reduced as a consequence and it brought the club together as one for the first time. Season ticket numbers have more than doubled in the last 3 years and
commercial revenue has gone up by 120% since the restructure and relocation. The club also launched a community department which is involved in a number of schools in the Ealing borough and has won the best project of the year for the 2 of the last 3 years. The reward for all the work has been promotion back to Super League at the end of the 2018 season after an absence of 4 years with more the 50% of the squad made up of players who have come through the clubs academy.
