It's a real shame to lose Rob Powell. The youth development has been an area of success for the club under his watch. Rob was appointed head coach at Richmond RFU back in August 2021 (i.e six months ago) so I wonder at what point it became clear he couldn't do both jobs. Doesn't seem like the best timing to be searching for a replacement.
