London Broncos 4 - Whitehaven 12

When will we ever learn to do the basics right first? far too often, we throw the ball across the line when in possession and make little ground? Whitehaven have played it basic and made ground, with one man in the first few tackles, but too often we wait for the player to run to us, and then two players will struggle to bring him down holding him, rather than tacking his legs, you can't run without your legs. Whitehaven scored two tries, and we just managed the one.

Just hope we can have a better second half! and get basics right first.

A game of two halves! our speed just showed through, and Whitehaven just could not compete with our speed, again great to see some of our young player who have come through the system developing well.

Full time fitness verses a group of lads from a club in turmoil (also with injuries)- Dreadful first half

They will need to improve massively before the Fev game- Lots of injuries today. Hopefully nothing serious.

Was there 150 fans there today or was the number lower?

Mac out!

First half dire. A decent team would have stacked up a decent amount of points. Think the final score was flattering

Just back from 1st game this season I've seen at Trailfinders (last game I attended was the fev game pre-covid). First half was probably the worst london performace I have ever seen (and I've seen some hammerings in the past), but 2nd half different game and London running in tries at will, some good tries with good skills as will, and they could have had more, but queue on rack in last 10 mins.

Was lucky was against a team who could not take more advantage of just how bad London was first half, a team like Fev or Tolouse / Bradford / Fax / York would have put 30+ on us in that first half, but will take the win and lots of positives in 2nd half.

However attendance was really bad, hoping more people would have taken advantage of the 4 for £60 offer but did not see it... 300 would be my very generous estimate and considering you could have a ticket for £15, I really don't know where the club can go from here.

Wimbledon.......it'll all be fine once those dons fans see just one game.
Just read that it was £15 for kids at Trailfinders. I may have mentioned in another thread that the average age seems to be creeping upwards.
I'd love to hear the logic at play in essentially barring families from games?

Stood with a family of 3 generations this afternoon
Father, grandad and 2 daughters
Not sure how that equates to barring families
