So the Championship Fixtures are released, our first two games are away, 2nd April Halifax Panthers Away, 17th April Toulouse Away

25th April Oldham Home.



That should allow us to be in our Home Ground by the 25th April.

Don't hold your breath NB, Merton Council are not the speediest Council on the planet. Luckily no local election in May only Mayoral & London Assembly so they won't be bothered by voter concerns you would think.

If it does get delayed then reading into what Wardy has said the club has a contingency plan in place! As have said elsewhere can see Richmond coming into play!

I cannot see that it matters where the games are played. Fans are unlikely to be allowed to attend.

The final game is 2 weeks before the SL grand final. Is there going to be a play off series at the end for the championship?

Its actually close enough 3 weeks between end of champ season and GF.

Looks like a decision on any play offs will depend on whatever tv deal they get. Looks like promotion/relegation not decided until then

Play off system and promotion relegation looks to have been confirmed. Top 6 to be in the mix, looking like final promotion game same weekend as grand final.

Lets hope we can at least be in the fight in Sep, we managed it against TWP so lets see eh!

Format looks ok, rewards the top 2 with a bye in first play off round.

Aware some folk think team that finishes top should go up, but hey thats not the plan.

The RFL have a plan? That's a novelty, wonder if they found it in a Christmas cracker? Any playoff for promotion destroys the integrity of the competition in my view.



How's your application to take over as Referees Coach going NB?

DC oh well in your view the integrity is destroyed, cant worry about it, its the structure they have gone for so going to have to live with it.

As for refs coach, tell you what, ww can go up for the intetviews together with everyone one else on here who can run the RFL and SL better than its being run.
