Does anyone know the situation of the contracts for next season (Who has one, who does not)?? Im pretty sure the following are still under contract next year??

All contracts are ripped up after relegation anyway so my tip would be not to get relegated.

Forgot that. So in theory, why do people worry about bringing players in on decent contracts to fight off relegation if those contracts are void should the worst happen?? Of course you are liable for the contracts during that season but income is also higher due to being in SL. What im getting at, Broncos must be earning a decent lump more cash compared to last season, but I would be surprised if the cost of the squad is much more than last season.

I put a list together pre-season, because I'm really sad like that...

We won't lose (m)any players to better teams. Toronto when they come up wont want any of ours which is how P&R used to work.

Toronto will raid the NRL when they go up. Argyle will buy a competitive team.

We are in such a difficult situation as ever, how can you offer new deals to current players when you are unsure what league we will be in next season? As others have said expected Abdull to be the first name to go! Give the Burgess Brothers their dues they went Down Under and I doubt they will ever return, but Northern boys who sign for us soon get home sick? does not seem the same also with such as LMS and others currently in Super League in the North, is it just better money!

Money goes further up north, plus, comparing playing for ST Helens and London, no contest really!!!

Nowr to do with cost of living unless they are buying a house. Loaf of bread in Sainsbury's in Ealing is same price in Ull!!

Jordan lives in Hull! His commute to work is going to be a lot easier.

LMS went to Saints for same reason any player goes to a big club! Win trophies and get paid a lot more.

In actual fact, according to ONS data, Yorkshire and the Humber have regional consumer prices approx 2% lower than the UK average whilst London is 7% higher. HTH.

I would be surprised if Walker has not been snapped up by someone, not sure about Hindmarsh but I doubt London would have offered him a deal yet so guessing he will be off also.

NB are you mad everything up north is cheaper. Im from the North and I can guarantee I find everything horrendously expensive here after a few weeks back home. Cars, houses, food etc etc
