Really would like to see the boys win this one! Despite losing, the performance up in Hudds must have given em some confidence, especially as the final result was not decided until the last play, shows they still have the belief. Just got to hope salford don’t adapt to the surface at Ealing.

I can't for the life of me understand why that is? Anyway, the reason that other more sane posters are asking for a better standard of referee is that even a Huddersfield fan has posted on here that we were were unlucky with the refs decisions on Monday.......a fan of the winning side saying that the ref did us no favours......a fan who was there, unlike you.
JESUS WEPT HOW MANY TIMES????? £20 a ticket and £15 on beer and merchandise.....so an away fan is worth £35. At best, 1,000 is the average away support split across 11 rounds and I am being really generous here, so Toronto, replacing say Wakefield will cost a SL club £35,000. The minimum turnover of a SL club is £4,000,000 so Toronto instead of Widnes is worth less than 1% of a SL clubs turnover.
There are many valid reasons for and against expansion into America, but "AWAY FANS" isn't one of them.
Sorry....but 2 losses from 2 games that we had little chance of winning is hardly "sac mac" territory......if we beat the teams like Widnes, Salford, HKA and Wakefield, that we should beat, we will have more points than at any time as Quins RL........ Last year we doubled the champs and did the other GF lot away.......was that the coach too?

No I meant a Londoner or at least someone from the Southeast. You would have thought after 38 years the RL could have developed a London Super League referee. After all the French had old Terry Halibut, but he was so bad just like a fish out of water.

Terry Halibut? I'd almost forgotten about him! Bloody nightmare wasn't he?
