Big game coming up. The boys need to be at 100% for this one and play the full 80 which we've struggled to do the last couple of games. We have always played well with Abdull at first receiver and play a lot quicker in comparison to when Morgan Smith is in at 1st receiver. Win and we are 4 points clear of Leeds who have a tricky Easter schedule. Lose and we are going to have a tough mid-season. I will be down at Trailfinders getting behind the boys. Let's be loud and proud. There is still a long way to go and time to get back to winning ways.
Going to be an interesting one this. Catalan have been pretty poor on the road, but they will be smarting from that loss at the weekend. We will struggle with their physicality up front, the boys need to get in their faces and force them into errors, wind em up, legally of course push em into the silly penalties they are prone too.

Yep, they're a massive team especially in the forwards. And when they get a roll on it's difficult to stop them, but they are also prone to making silly mistakes, losing their rag, and sometimes not even turning up ready to play. One of those games I can see us winning or getting smashed off the pitch through brute strength.
Feels like ages since I last saw a game though, I was away for the Huddersfield fixture. Looking forward to this one!
Pretty sure I heard on Radio London that Dixon is not in the squad for this one? Is there a problem or is he being rested for the Hudds game?

Dixon has probably been dropped due to recent poor defence. I didn't see Ogden play last game but maybe Danny Ward has seen something in him to give him his shot as a first team player.
Sorry, but Dixon would be a liability against what is a pretty HUGE Catalans outfit. He doesn't lack heart, but he needs to just go low in the tackle and let others worry about the offload..... We win this game, our season is alive again, especially if Hudds can do us a favour v the Rhinos.......but I fear the worst, with the opposite happening and us beeing rooted to the foot of the table come Monday night
JESUS WEPT HOW MANY TIMES????? £20 a ticket and £15 on beer and merchandise.....so an away fan is worth £35. At best, 1,000 is the average away support split across 11 rounds and I am being really generous here, so Toronto, replacing say Wakefield will cost a SL club £35,000. The minimum turnover of a SL club is £4,000,000 so Toronto instead of Widnes is worth less than 1% of a SL clubs turnover.
There are many valid reasons for and against expansion into America, but "AWAY FANS" isn't one of them.
Pleased to see Hindmarsh back - reckon he's earned his chance.
