News surfacing on the tweetosphere that we are in talks with John Wilkin for a 1 year 2019 deal, despite his confirmation that he is going to the Toronto Wolfpack...thoughts on the veracity of this claim?

They did say before the MPG that Toronto had some big irons in the fire if they go up. I took IF being the important word. Would not surprise if there was a clause for him to pull out if they never went up. Would be a cracking signing for us if true.

Seems that he is off to Toronto - no confirmation on their website yet though. Maybe some players lined up for Toronto have gone off the idea since losing the MPG and now want to come to London
