Joining the away posse at Cas were none other than Brian Noble and Dave Woods (former Cas and Thunder coach). Not sure our chant of "are you Wigan in disguise" went down too well. Woods gave the away posse a mention on BBC Radio Leeds! When Woods was asked if it was too early to talk about sacking coaches, he said no as he was looking for a job!

Noble seems to enjoy standing behind the sticks to scout the team he's playing next. We saw him at a Catalans game three years ago and he very gamely posed for a photo with us (whilst on the phone) and was then very happy to chat with one or two of our party about the game. Seems like a geniunely good fella.

Yeah, I agree Nobby is good fun, we were at the England-Ireland game at Wire a few years ago and he was in the tea bar queue like a normal punter! I think he is a decent chap.

He didn't try and follow you to get a student ticket did he?
