Just had a quick gander at the self flagellating goon board and it would seem that they have already sold their first allocation of tickets, with a second batch going (or gone) well.
I feel this will be the litmus test for the East/North axis seating plan. If they received AA and AB then that's 955 odd tickets sold already. By the sound of it, another load are going to pay on the door, so we could see a full East and a half full North on Saturday.

Well, I'm a Wigan fan intending to roll up and pay on the door, though I do tend to avoid self-flagellation (or any other flagellation, for that matter).

Judging by the gnashing of teeth that followed your three games so far, you are in the minority

Granted! I won't pretend I'm happy with our form - to be honest, I'm fed up of starting every season slowly - but I'm more just glad to be seeing the team. Living in Egham and not driving makes the trip to 'Quins my only realistic opportunity to see Wigan each year. On the other hand, I'm lucky to have a Super League club so close by.

It is tradition that we give a struggling club their first (and sometimes only) points of the season, maybe Wigan fans have noticed this too

Welcome all you Wigan fans - we're always delighted to see you in such good numbers (and our average relies on you).

I'm going to be paying on the door too amongst most other Wiganers whom I know will be attending.

Will the North be reserved too?

Regardless of how we are playing it's one of my favourite trips, and I think you'll find many of our fans share a similar opinion.

See you all Saturday.
