“Just watching Toronto playing Dewsbury, Robert Hicks is the referee. Pulling out all the stops for them are the RFL.” Bosty am assuming from your comment that you are saying it’s a good thing they put hicks on the game. Can’t knock him for the performance. For rams thought Worrincy was excellent

WoW....well spotted.....how did you miss the 2,000+ to 300 comment?

No.....you can't change it but you can learn from it.....but whilst St Dave is in charge, NOT A CHANCE!
VB paid £45,000 to be on our shirts an in our bar in 2003...........ask Monkey Lover what our total sponsorship income is now.......it ain't 20% of that figure........
JESUS WEPT HOW MANY TIMES????? £20 a ticket and £15 on beer and merchandise.....so an away fan is worth £35. At best, 1,000 is the average away support split across 11 rounds and I am being really generous here, so Toronto, replacing say Wakefield will cost a SL club £35,000. The minimum turnover of a SL club is £4,000,000 so Toronto instead of Widnes is worth less than 1% of a SL clubs turnover.
There are many valid reasons for and against expansion into America, but "AWAY FANS" isn't one of them.
Dog, you are ranting again, it’s gone it’s the past, it’s pointless harping on about what was! What’s important is now! It’s better than last year which has to be good. No one is denying broncos are far from where they have been, but constantly harping on about our financial backer achieves nothing.

Well at some point in a Super League season and it might even have been this century. Mind you there is a whole other debate about what whether that was for punishment for not performing earlier in their season or whether we merited it.
Life is pretty simple: You do stuff. Most fails. Some works. You do more of what works.

Why would we get a SL ref when we play in the championship? Maybe one that gets dropped due to poor performance.
Wasn't the case put forward, with the advent of the middle 8's, that Championship contenders for those '8's' be allocated SL refs, to prepare the clubs for the end of the season? If you get SL refs this season, you should be flattered - at least until you realise they seem to interpret the laws differently to Championship refs!
