Unless there are fans elsewhere than in the ground other than that one stand....you decide (these were the best images I could get from the cameraman who was obviously told not to show the stand......)

That is P155 POOR! 3,034 was the average for London hosting Widnes in SL up to 2014. ANYONE who makes excuses for 90% of those fans not bothering other than to squarely blame Hughes needs their bumps felt!

I was at the match and it certainly felt fuller than that!

speechless mate.......I've got ex girlfriends like you, but when push comes to shove, those pix were grabbed off youtube during the 2nd half.
Even if there were another 300 hidden in hospo, that's fewer than 600......its poor.

When you buy another set of shirts at seasons end, tell Hughes ill come back for £100,000 a year + an apartment in Richmond to sort it out, but he needs to let me have free rein!

I drive to games and it's just too hard to get to. 2 hours from near MK. Ealing was an hour

I understand others may be nearer but Wimbledon is less accessible than Ealing for a larger volume of people I'd say

I'm certainly one of those people. Going on Sunday, but because of rail works in Essex, we are looking at over two hours by bus and rail. The same for the Keighley game.

Don, sadly wherever we go, someone is going to be unhappy. I remember trying to get to Charlton from the west country, half the journey time was crossing London, whereas Brentford was great.
For me, I don't mind the stadium itself it's better than Ealing, but yep it's a pain to get to and has influenced my decision to go or not at times so feel Yr pain

I believe Broncos had their best crowds at Ebbsfleet...

Yea, its a lot more of a pain getting their than Brentford, Ealing, Stoop was (I come in from Egham). Stoop and Ealing was good as parking was easy, and did not need to park on streets around the location, Brentord was easy on train. Even Barnet was just train to waterloo then one tube if I recall (took over an hour though).

But to be honest its not the location why I've stopped going. Leadership drove me away last year, and now I have found other activites I do with my weekend, so I have not really considered going back to see them in person. Its also just not London either, with all the issues with the International game, and the RFL just wanting to play the game in the M62 corridor, I've just started to follow other sports live, and RL is something I just catch up with on the BBC RL results page on a sunday afternoon. (also my dad's health means he can't attend and its not the same being their without him, thats something even I don't blame on DH :D )

Of course I still want London to do well, hence I'm active on forums etc, still have all the tops from mid 2000's through to 2020, which I still wear from time to time, but tbh I really am not sure what would have to happen for me to go back. I'm not sure even getting promotion would have me attend.

That’s about the size of it. Wherever we play someone is inconvenienced. For me Wimbledon is a longer journey and driving there a complete red line. I took a wander around the immediate area and couldn’t see anywhere obvious to park- not a problem at Ealing on a Sunday.
Of more relevance is how much local interest was there in Ealing and is there in Wimbledon. Neither, despite being in the West of London - which feels a slight RU heartland in so much as anywhere in London can be with Football filling almost all the bandwidth, feel to me like quite the right fit demographically. At ROsslyn Park I got the sense there were some RU fans willing to give it a go (not that I’m in anyway suggesting we should relocate to RP unless some serious redevelopment is done).

HB your train service makes the one to Leigh look good and that hasn’t gone since the 60s!
