Again, not sure of your point! There is no new news there, nothing that folk do not know, you could probably say that for a high percentage of any pro sports clubs in the country. By your logic should Broncos win a couple more and against the odds make SL obviously we will not go up!

Do you think that London Broncos as a club are fit for SL? The stadium (sic) can hold 3,020 before the safety certificate fails....the club has a minuscule fiscal footprint without Hughes and the local community is not our key audience.....we are just passing through.
JESUS WEPT HOW MANY TIMES????? £20 a ticket and £15 on beer and merchandise.....so an away fan is worth £35. At best, 1,000 is the average away support split across 11 rounds and I am being really generous here, so Toronto, replacing say Wakefield will cost a SL club £35,000. The minimum turnover of a SL club is £4,000,000 so Toronto instead of Widnes is worth less than 1% of a SL clubs turnover.
There are many valid reasons for and against expansion into America, but "AWAY FANS" isn't one of them.
No I don’t! I have stated it before we are a good championship side. We are playing at the level the club can sustain. I do know however the plan last year if we made SL that we would stay based at Trailfinders but would look to play at a more suitable ground until Vallis road capacity could be increased. Despite what you keep saying the extra stand is a plan and could happen. If we were to go up, even with David we would need further financial input as our gate receipts even in the better days could not really support a successful SL squad. See salford/widnes Our audience will never be the local community, it’s london broncos not Ealing, Barnet, twickenham

Hardly, we have small crowds and are entirely reliant on Hughes. The club is playing at the right level but needs to do a lot more work to ensure we are sustainable in the Championship.

Your claim was we playing at a sustainable level in the Championship. Now you are saying no-one in the division is. Make your mind up !!

....am I the only one who sees this as being an utter lie?

Name one club in the championship that can survive on its ticket sales! Sustainable is on the income you get which includes investors. So with what we get from RFL DH any sponsors we are at a championship level, can we afford SL? IMO no. Dog, I said could! Not would! Subtle difference.

No we are not....13,000 fans over 15 games paying £20 a pop isn't anywhere near enough to be a full time club....we are playing at a level David Hughes sustains!

No it isn't. No planning permission has ever been sought and the local residents would tie any development up for decades....stop believing what Hughes said 3 years ago......remember, he said they were "building" a new gym, when in fact they converted a store room. Trailfinders will never hold any more than 4,000 and that's not enough for us or the Aviva......

That may be the way you see it but to be truly sustainable clubs need to operate on the revenue they create themselves or receive via central funding. I understand that is not the way it is now. You question whether the Broncos can afford to go into SL but what that really means is can DH afford that.
So as a club we are both able to exist and yet be constrained from progressing by a single man. That is not a sustainable club.
