Great signing. This is the way forward, Now one of the biggest disasters in LB history is going and there are only two left can we now re-sign Danny Ward and give him full reign to enhance the team with a few of his own signings and have Coleman as an understudy to Ward to help Colemans career and LB. Danny should have been talked into staying no matter what the cost. He should be full time and running individual training around the players work schedules and full team training at least twice a week same as the non league football. LB need a go forward approach and stability. Dont see any harm in apologising to long term fans the monkey and his followers banned and move the social side and fund raising to LBSA group and things may just settle and grow.

I always thought Walters was a decent player. Consistent. I see he appears to be playing Richmond 2nd XV (Vikings). I don’t even know what tier they are in but that suggests to me (a) he’s still in London and (b) that he surely can’t be because of salary issues. Not sure how we managed to lose him to fairly low level Union. Seems really odd especially when we are struggling to bring in players of correct experience and standard.

Maybe......but it would do no harm and go some way to stopping the rot

I think we are for once all in agreement, that this is probably the best news we have had since the grim annoucement last year of going part time.

Its just nice for once to have something positive, and I for one am looking forward to seeing him back

Would he be able to keep us up? Worth Hughes getting thenchequebook out?

I think that you will find NB that Super League would not be able to sign Johnathon Ford due to a lack of quota spots. Plus cap restrictions.

I do rate the man, I would love to see him at our club. He ran the Toulouse team. Would he come to London ? Would you? I would not, if I was as good as him.
