Yep, the coach's preview is quite something if anyone has not read it.

Translates as - a number of our players have gained invaluable L1 experience playing for Skolars that will stand them in good stead in 2023.

I reckon we will be a cracking L1 outfit. By 2024 when lobster returns to being a bean counter and doing his qualified job for a local company, newly self appointed CEO monkey and his clique supporters group will buy the club and announce that this 100 fan funded entity has a 5 year plan to return to SL, starting with a groundshare with Old Actonians RFU who are totally behind this new venture (as they need money for a new clubhouse roof and a boiler for the showers).
Sponsored by gunnesbury park pitch and putt, the first team will comprise of what used to be known as the hills hoists, play in green and gold and the teamsheet will depend on bar shifts and holiday visa status

A 20 point defeat possibly better than expected. Boafa seems to have put himself in the shop window.

But this is the thing. We can never build anything (even if we tried). Any decent youngster we have will be snapped up. The move to PT has killed the hope of holding on to anyone decent

Not a bad performance. Rovers were definitely the better side - much bigger and quick as well. They were more clinical took all their chances. However we kept going and didn’t humiliate ourselves.
We are definitely a bit weak in defence but created quite a bit. Very close to scoring 2 more in the first half. My big criticism is we seem to let teams score from the kick off. It surely must be possible to avoid being 6 points down after 2 minutes. Very poor crowd Rovers didn’t bring as many as usual. No Sammut or Aston. Lovell is bearing a boot which doesn’t look good. Krasniqi no where to be seen.

Weve got 2 more games this season. After that, the cull begins (well it's actually already started). Players will be flying out the door
