Fev, London, Toulouse, possibly even York's pack look better if we are honest. I suspect Leigh will be quite easy to read as they really can only have 1 or 2 plans for which half backs are on the field, its not like they can have a different plan for each half back as if they were to try that it would be chaos with the players around them. Having 1 or 2 plans isn't a disaster like its just you need to pummel teams up front for it to work. That pack isn't going to pummel many teams.

With Jarrod in the squad you think there is a plan! Have we forgotten how he plays, half the time am not sure he knew himself what he was doing! Nothing wrong with that but dont think it's something that's predictable. Think leigh will be a handful. Hope Jarrod has a decent season I know he has been through the mill lately.

Look Greg, you've always looked for a flaw in the Leigh side every season. It looks like you have some kind of obsession going on. If our halves DO get to do something decent, then Leigh will be a handful, trust me.

Its called a duscussion. I made comments on every team along with the reasning behind. Leigh will do ok but they will have to spend(In my opinion) to have any chance of promotion. I hope that has untwisted your knickers a little.

I think he's fairly realistic these days including about his own team. He's been downbeat about other teams in the off season notably Bradford and to a lesser extent London. He's been fairly positive about Fev but I somehow doubt he is happy about it!
Leigh should clearly be a top 5 team this year and could conceivably make a big challenge especially as GFB says with some extra signings once the top 5 has been secured, but the pack looks workmanlike rather than dominant...I doubt Toulouse or Fev fans would swap packs with Leigh, nor possibly London with their starting pack (though they have no depth beyond the starters). But Leigh are clear favouritesat 5-2 to be league leaders at the end of the regular season with all the bookies quoting odds which seems strange to me.

Leigh averaged 29 points per game conceded over the last 6 games of 2019, which included games against Rochdale and Swinton. Struggling to see the obvious defensive improvements in the new squad.

A lot of ex-London players in that Leigh pack, but can Duffy get as much out of them as Danny Ward? Possible forward line-ups for Leigh's likely four biggest opponents this year...
Toulouse: Vaivai Marion Hansen Winterstein Mika Bell subs Bretherton White Puech Sangare
London Battye Pelissier Butler Walters Curran Adebeyi subs Krasniqi Fozzard Richards Norman
Fev Susino Parata Ferguson Ferres Harrison Lockwood subs Cooper Bussey Albert Davies (when fit)
York Teanby Jubb Clarkson Washbrook Scott Spears subs Brining Green Baldwinson Porter

The ones in red ( 9 of ) are additions in the pack opposed to last years squad, with others departing of course. Not a bad pack that.
