The irony of a wedding venue being unable to offer up decent fare is quite startling really......
JESUS WEPT HOW MANY TIMES????? £20 a ticket and £15 on beer and merchandise.....so an away fan is worth £35. At best, 1,000 is the average away support split across 11 rounds and I am being really generous here, so Toronto, replacing say Wakefield will cost a SL club £35,000. The minimum turnover of a SL club is £4,000,000 so Toronto instead of Widnes is worth less than 1% of a SL clubs turnover.
There are many valid reasons for and against expansion into America, but "AWAY FANS" isn't one of them.

Was it £40 including ticket food car park and programme last year?

Has the club received Feedback on this? Just asking because they'll shift 650+ Season Tickets and think the massed hordes are coming, but the reality will be somewhat different. Would those who paid £40 or £20 on top of their ST pay £50/£30 for the option this year if there were 2 choices for each course? Surely the club have the contact details of everyone who has paid thus far at Trailfiners (he asks tentatively)
For me there should be a "fan" offering with a spit-roast/burger/BBQ and a pint option for £30, for those that pre-book.....and a more expesive option for those that want a sit down......AND ALL FANS SHOULD HAVE ACCESS TO THE AFTER MATCH EXPERIENCE....Presentations, interviews etc...

When I asked on of the clubs employees, what happened to the desert. I was told it was down to Trailfinders. Not really an answer. David Hughes must know what the food is like. He and his entourage, are in there at every game.

I certainly emailed about the downgrade in quality, don't think I got a response - used it 3/4 times during the year when my son flew over for games. Agree totally about both the food options and I think it would be good to let all fans in for after match etc, just not sure how well set up Trailfinders is for that sort of thing. its were the Stoop (red rag to a bull to some) was so good!
