I can't see Toulouse winning again this year....unless they surprise the mancYanks at the weekend. Toronto should win and should defeat Widnes and then hopefully get absolutely tonked by Leeds the week before they host us in the MPG......flights to Canada are bloody expensive from NZ, but it is starting to look like a possibility....
JESUS WEPT HOW MANY TIMES????? £20 a ticket and £15 on beer and merchandise.....so an away fan is worth £35. At best, 1,000 is the average away support split across 11 rounds and I am being really generous here, so Toronto, replacing say Wakefield will cost a SL club £35,000. The minimum turnover of a SL club is £4,000,000 so Toronto instead of Widnes is worth less than 1% of a SL clubs turnover.
There are many valid reasons for and against expansion into America, but "AWAY FANS" isn't one of them.
Don’t rule Toulouse out, they should have won in Canada. First Toronto try was an error from the officials and should not have been given, and willy missed a sitter which would have given them the lead. They could easily take the points next week, and leeds are only just scraping wins.
Broncos need to win the last two, and injuries are going to play a massive part, especially with Cunningham going off tonight, api out, Dixon probably out, harro? They could be very short on troops.

......shocking decision that essentially ended Toulouse season......
....if we make the MPG regardless of injuries, the referee appointment will be key. (as will the judiciaries finding on the bite incident).....grubby Toronto are making no friends with there awful tactics.
