looked around wigan, saints, and warrington before deciding on fc, cant be that bad a player if the 3 clubs who we beat off to sign lewis were interested too

And to call him soft.... That's just laughable!!
It's a default when a player leaves, hopefully he will prove people wrong for the rest of the season, Ward obviously rates him as he is keen to keep him, only 19 which is very young to play first team particularly at prop.
Think Hull and Radford will be a good fit for him, he is doing a great job bringing the youngsters through.
To my point, its not that I am calling him soft and I think he is a talent, but he has not started a game this season, and only been on the bench for 2 or 3 games. This shows he may not be as good as people think, he has loads of potential but will he realise it playing 2-3 games a season for Hull, then being loaned out to York or Doncaster

Maybe he hasn't been involved in many matchday squads due to the transfer situation?
My opinion is we will see him more often than not from now until the end of the season.
Think the reason he has not been in the starting line up is lack of experience and confidence, he is a kid still remember. Certainly not soft. Think on his first outing off the bench he did okay to start then made a couple of daft errors, as a coach you then have a choice, bring him off chat about what was good and bad or leave him on and risk him making more mistakes and shattering his confidence. I would be surprised if it was a couple of seasons before he secured a regular first team slot.
Well i wish him well, i think this move explains why he hasnt made the squad much as Ward has tried other options. I am with Bostwick, he may have made this move a year too soon, but time will tell...................................

My thoughts exactly. However, if he does play for us now hopefully all this distraction will be behind him.

Take a look at the picture from the last home game, when Rhys was presented with the shirt for 100 consecutive games. All the players seem to be enjoying themselves. Except one. Lewis Bienek, who looks like he does not want to be there. It says a lot.
