Tim Rumford knows the London set up well from his time as Head Coach at Oxford RL. He grabbed a few loanees and ex Academy lads on permanent deals.
He's a nice bloke who always gave the impression he'd progress within the English game, had he not emigrated. Very good with younger players breaking through into adult rugby.
