Don't disagree in the least! all my comment was about is how times have changed with players, I remember in Cliff Watson's book how he talked about working for Greenall Whitley the then large St Helens bases brewery, how all day long he was lifting heavy wooden beer barrel's all day long! and then training at night time, not modern gym's then. Ray French was a grammar school teacher then, but during the school holidays he joined Cliff at work delivering the large beer barrels and Frenchie struggled to even lift one of them,
