I'm sorry that after only 3 games we still seem to have the same issues from last year. We are so ordinary in attack. Russell is not a good enough half back for the Giants, Milner is too slow, and I'm not sure Jake Connor is quick enough at full back. I hope Clune is a good buy, he had a decent season at Newcastle last year. I'm not sure the spine is good enough. Lots of really solid players. I think it's obvious we are already missing Jerry's carries, and Chris Macqueen's line running and defence.
I think it was a huge error not to get another hooker with pace and quick hands.
I couldn't understand his decision leave Lolohea out either.

Watson is clueless. The irony is he has gone for 'solid' defensive players and we have still leaked points like a sieve. I have said elsewhere this is the most boring Fartown side i have ever had the displeasure of watching. Other sides must love playing us, we have so little threat in the middle of the field, we literally can only score by kicks and miss out balls to the wing from near the line. We don't even have any kind of recognised support player, none of the spine players have the pace for this.
Last year we were poop in attack and then lost our top try scorer (a second rower!!) We are utterly toothless and can only win when the opposition have a bad day and their attack doesn't come off. Then our bland boring, percentage's rugby has a chance to bore a win out of the game.
