If that's the way they line up it's pretty much the first 17 i went for. I would have Olly Wilson ahead of Greenwood and English to be honest. Russell and Senior squad players which is their level, decent looking team, just hope Tui and Connor click and don't get in each others way. Would still have loved to see some more pace in the Halves and on the wing but i guess you can't have everything!

Here's a team made up of those not in the first 17:

1) Aidan McGowan
2) Innes Senior
3) Leroy Cudjoe
4) Sam Halsall
5) Fenton Rogers
6) Olly Russell
7) Will Pryce
8 ) Oliver Wilson
9) Adam O Brien
10) Seb Ikahihifo
11) Harvey Livett
12) Jack Ashworth
13) Sam Hewitt

14) George Roby
15) Jack Bibby
16) Nathan Mason
17) Kieran Rush

I bet Wakefield would love that side

Isn’t Fenton Rogers a prop?

We have a strong squad that's for sure, I'm surprised Hewitt is so far down the list when he finished so strongly last year. Perhaps an indication he may move on soon like Pryce? Would have liked Wilson to have been given a top 17 shirt, probably at the expense of Rushton who will no doubt be a good player but for me hasn't earnt it here like Ollie

B
Yeah, most wingers are the size of props these days though so should be fine

I think you are reading too much into it. The Price one is interesting. However of the others not in the first 17
Ikahifho
O Brien
Wilson
Cudjoe
Russell
Senior
Mason
Ashworth
Hewitt
Have all just kept the same number as last year so can’t really take much from the numbers.

I got desperate for a second winger, i mean Earl played a few games on the wing right? (mainly centre i know). Other than that though, tthey are mostly in the correct positions which basically says we have cover for all areas

Pryce has his first squad number as his last with us.
