Following the culmination of the 2022 season for the Giants, our Managing Director, Richard Thewlis, will be giving up his time to come and speak to us about the season gone and hopes and aspiriations for next season this Wednesday 14th September at Laund Hill.
Please come along and hear what he has to say and/or ask those burning questions you want answers for.
The evening is free for HGSA members (please show membership cards) or £1 for non-members, the meeting will start at 7.30pm.

I will look forward to it! All those people who normally have a go at him can come and hear it from the horses mouth so to speak! Bet they don’t bother to turn up though!

Was good to see so many at the meeting last night. Richard was, as ever, straight forward open and very honest in his answers to the many questions that were asked, and an interesting discussion about the game and what the future may hold was had. Its clear that the club, and rugby league in general are likely to see some changes and interesting / exciting times ahead.

So, drum roll for the exclusive announcement today on Sky. (Remember the days when the exclusive announcement was on the back page of the local Examiner.)
What or who could it be? Marsters, Bibby, Livett, contract extensions for Seb, Greenwood, Mason, Ashworth. Hope it's a surprise and someone else.
