Salford then in the next round. We have beaten them twice already this season. We know what we need to do to beat them again- and that’s play the game on our terms our way not theirs. Play good percentage rugby, be patient, and disciplined. The only question is to pryce or not to pryce. He missed a good few tackles again on Friday. My observations on his game was he seemed to be better at selecting when to take the line on and when not to- BUT he now needs to learn that when he DOES take the line on he sometimes needs to release the ball, and put someone through the gaps he makes by doing so- he makes gaps but we aren’t exploiting them because he’s trying to score himself every time. Tricky decision and I’m completely undecided. |

Unbeaten at home by any team apart from saints/ and we easily beat salford the last time they came to our spot. So how do we play this one? Tui Leroy/senior do we counteract salfords pace on the outsides or go for experience? King/Leroy which is the better option -see above Leutele Senior Pryce/Russell do we go for the X factor whilst weakening our defence? Fages Hill Levi Trout Jones McQueen Yates Wilson greenwood English AOB/golding cover all bases in case of injury after a tough period or go for a specialist? |

McQueen at centre to counter Lafai ? Pryce has to play for goal kicking . Where he plays depends on fages and Russell. If King and Leroy are together with them swapping around depending on whether we are attacking or defending . King is better offensively Leroy defensively . Depends on who is fit and fresh . Would have O brien on the bench as they attack a lot around the ruck |

Would have O brien on the bench as they attack a lot around the ruck I would play Levi for long minutes if he is able. We look a better side with him on the field regardless of who else is on the bench-. It’s tricky as AOB brings something different but we gain an extra sub with golding. Difficult choice that one. Not sure about McQueen in the centre- if he has any weakness it’s defensively- he can miss quite a few tackles. Play him in his strongest position as we will gain offensively. We have specialist centres who can play centre. And I’d say king has been ok in defence. It’s in attack we’ve yet to see much. |

No disciplinary issues for either side- so other than our injuries we can play our full strength side. I really hope people turn out for Huddersfield. Salford say they have sold our their initial allocation of 1500 already. |

Last time however i did park round the corner on great northern st. with no issues, plenty of parking spots around there. Will probably park there from now on when i go. you will likely need to get there early to park in travel lodge. Great Northern street is a good bet, close to Alder street - but bare in mind its Saturday rather than Sunday so there will be people parking up for free for the town centre, and people use great Northern street for the retail park as its a nightmare to get out of there at the best of times but even more so with the roadworks at the moment. |
