Well Leeds’ tactics paid off. No fages in the squad for this one. :x so Russell and cogger to pair in the middle.
4/6 citations were for hitting the passer/kicker late. That should for me result in a team warning- and I hope the refs are warned to watch out for it in their next match.
McQueen out also. Roberts back in the squad.
English out after injuring his hip hitting the post in the tackle trying to prevent a try. Lawrence back in the squad.
A tough game at the end of a tough period, all im hoping for is hope we can get through unscathed!

Russell has been going well this season so no worries th ed but McQueen will be a big miss and not seen anything from Roberts so far to encourage me.......hopefully he will step up on Monday. Big challenge this and a real test of where we are, Leeds was disappointing so hopefully it will be a reminder of what is need e. Hope the players aren't already thinking of the semi final!!

Saints look as if they will be missing Knowles, Matautia, Hopoate, Grace and Dodd at least, so who knows.

Should be actually missing hurrell too………
Would be better if they just did the match reviews AFTER the Easter period!

Well we gave it a good dig! A very different looking side- especially in the forward pack.
Mason, hewitt, ashworth, Lsenior at centre in place of leutele and AOB started at hooker- the inevitable head knock had him coming off in the first half though.
All square at half time but saints just had too much in the end. All tries being scored in the same place which was very disappointing.
Russell got MOM and deserved I thought.
No lack of effort from the lads today so no complaints from me on that score.
Hate the Easter period. We move on.

Pleased to see that top line breaker Walmsley was unable to break the Giants line.
