Figures suggest that it hasn't worked very well yet and in my opinion Rugby League should have done more to promote the game within the Afro-Caribbean community when we had Ellery Hanley, Martin Offiah, Des Drummond, Henderson Gill etc when they was in there pomp and before that Clive Sullivan and Billy Boston.and others.
A great opportunity missed in my opinion, as there are you great athletes in the Afro-Caribbean community who would make some very good Rugby League players.
