Most exciting time for the Giants in a long time. Lots to look forward to, Players leaving and new ones to come. I haven't been so excited since Nathan Brown's arrival. Josh Jones arrival expected who else would you like to see coming to play for the claret and gold? |

So far we have lost Clough, Murphy, Walne, Turner, Matagi, Taai, Young and ive been told highly likely we will also love Gavet and Reiss Butterworth wheras Chester Butler will likely go on loan. From my understanding we have made 4 signings so far: James Cunningham (Hooker) which has been announced George Roby (Hooker) signed and waiting to be announced Josh Jones (2nd row) signed and waiting to be announced Jack Ashworth (Prop) signed ages ago and waiting to be announced Chris McQueen (Utility forward) We have promoted Robson Stevens and Aidan McGowan to the first team. We are in the market for 2 more prop forwards (if Gavet goes). If Gavet does go we will only have filled 3 of our 7 quota spots with Sezer, Edwards and McQueen. We have also been linked with Luke Yates and Tui Lolohea from Salford, but cant see that Salford would allow them to leave. |

I am not sure about any other signings BUT my understanding is that the plan at the Giants is to look at young British players so we may not be getting any more big name antipodeans. I wonder if there are any up and coming British props that may be on the radar |

Had not heard some of those rumours. Ashworth,from memory a strapping lad,but then drifted out of the first team picture. Josh Jones good for Salford but another one who drifted out of the picture following the move to Hull FC. The James Gavet signing by the club was an interesting one, may say a unique style as a prop but could be effective.Mainly used for short stints from the interchange. In one game it was not until the 60th minute before they used him from the bench. A bit puzzled by that at the time. Player I wish we could sign - Joe Bullock |

I completely missed the cunningham signing. I only follow the giants on Instagram now and nothing announced on there! |
