Report on BBC that he has gone to Toronto on multi million pound two year deal If true, are they not subject to salary cap? If so doesn't leave much for others, if not doesn't seem fair on other clubs who could afford to pay more without going bust. |

10 mill 2 year deal for a 34 year old union bench player , great for marketing but apart from that meh |

I’m sure the likes of Gareth o brien, Andy ackers, Gadwin springer will be thrilled that he’s earning up to 50 times what they are earning..... |

If he is a team player they won't worry too much about how much more he earns, they'll just be happy to be playing with a true legend of rugby. For me its a great signing for RL. He will put bums on seats for so many away games as well raise the profile of RL and Toronto. For too long stars have been moving in the other direction, Toronto have moved a player back in RL direction. Admittedly he is in the twilight of his career but he is still a current top RU World Cup player and a true great in both codes. |

Nobody. |
