How will we line up? Strongest squad looks like:

Darnell
Jerry
Turner
Jake Wardle
Uate
Frawley
Russell or Grix
Matagi
O Brien
English
Mellor
Joe Wardle
Murphy

Leeming
Taai
Clough
Bruno

Altho I don't see Jon Luke and Grix being named if they aren't playing.

If Woolford puts Grix to full back and Darnell in another position I will be very disappointed in Woolford.

Unless he’s wanting mackintosh to be in a position to cover Dixon if uate isn’t fit.
I agree though I can’t see grix being named if he’s not going to play. But I’d rather see him in the halves than take the place of Darnell at FB.
I’d imagine JLK is in for cover in case English doesn’t make it as he’s been struggling with his injury

If he must play That would be my preference rather than swapping and changing many positions. Grix has a good rugby brain and with both him and Darnell in pivot positions makes us stronger than Darnell on the wing or centre creatively. Let’s see!

Dreadful performance by the lads today lucky to get the win, most entertaining part of the game was the London fan running , do hope turner is okay tho

Very worrying injury to Turner, didn't see him move at all in the 10 mins they were treating him, all my best to the lad. As regards the performance, woeful would be putting it mildly. London looked like what they are, relegation fodder, and we were right down there with them. A few lucky reffing calls near the end was all that stood between us and a shameful defeat that would have seen us back to relegation favourites. Only McGillvary and sadly Turner showed anything like the attitude that was required.

poor today, got the two points which is the main thing but we are like a totally different team from two weeks ago

maybe gaskell really is that important too us!

we arent a top 5 side at moment, anything above 10th be good this season.

turner concussion so not too bad.

What was up with both Wardles today? Both looked dangerously unfit - neither could get a breath after about 10 minutes.

I think the last couple of games shows we have little strength in depth.

It's probably time to cut our losses and offload some of our longer term injured players once the season ends

Maddy McDermott is the Communications Manager and her skill-sets would appear to be PR. Alas, a search of her Linked in profile shows her employment history starting off with 2 and a half years at the Melbourne Rabbles, followed by a 5 month stint at a PR agency before heading to the UK and working at IMG on the Tennis Desk before rocking up at the Broncos where she's nearly done 2 years. Her interests as shown on Linked include Rugby Union and Cricket....so we've an Aussie from AFL land who likes Union.....

Amanda Purcell is the Commercial Manager at the club. She has a high level of Sports knowledge, having gained her degree from a US private University. She has held a number of roles since gaining her degree and she's a pretty sharp Golfer as well.

Neil Reynolds is used as a match day announcer and he helps out with the 'MEDIA" when he can, but he is a freelancer.

So the short answer is that the club has a PR department and a Commercial Department as well as a bloke who does what Chris Warren used to do back at Griffin Park but no, no marketing department

The Club don't need a marketing department so long as it has someone in place to write the cheques.

As for the mention of the Marketing Guru from the past, I find it amusing that even after years of banishment, he still gets mentioned on here and the sign of a good marketer is that your message is remembered long after you're gone, so I am sure he'd be flattered by your comments.

Can`t agree with you there, as relegation fodder. They stuck at it right to the end, and I know our performance was well below par, but London have beaten Wakefield, Wigan and Leeds, I would say they are notable scalps.
Oh and I like their fans, not nasty and like a chat.
