So what was his excuse this week? Upset stomach? I have never known a player with no known injury suddenly not appear for a match as often as Gaskell has, i can think of at least 4 occasions when he has missed games despite no mention of an injury and being named in the matchday squad. Totally throws your preparation into the air when a half back withdraws at the last minute. |

yeh , week before then he was injured so flared up again along with half the teams injuries do he has played more than quite a few players in our team.... they can be called sicknotes too then mcgillvary, cudjoe, clough, ferguson,...could go on pointless to single out gaskell when he has played more than most |

It's the fact that he so often disappears on game day that narks me, he has done it many times, if a player has a longterm injury fair enoigh with gaskell he has many 1 week mystery problems |

It’s not torn, if it was he wouldn’t have trained all week or have done the warm up |

Don’t worry he is only here for another 3.5 years. Despite him being known for being injury prone. |
