Well we now have a full pack out injured and it is only two rounds into the season.

Mason
Wild
Lunt
Drew
Kirmond
Finnegan

every season one teams sems to have all the injuries.

Whilst we have the strength in depth to still be competitive we need some players back and cannot afford any more injuries.

Your pack appears to have two hookers and only one prop.

That said did you see Griff packing down as Hooker at one point?

I heard Kirmond will be used as a front rower this season.

You read it:
Quote:Could you give us a quick update as to how the boys who are still in rehab are coming on. Are Danny Kirmond and Stephen Wild the next expected to return?

All being well.

Of the two, Wildy is probably going to be back a little bit sooner, hopefully in about three weeks.

They’re both recovering well following knee surgery and have been working extremely hard in a bid to get back as soon as possible.

Danny still has a few hurdles to jump over and has a few fitness issues to work on.

But he did, of course, have a major knee reconstruction, and there’s no point rushing players back from an operation like that.

On top of that, Danny will have a different role with us this year as a front-rower.

We’re looking forward to seeing how he goes.

That's right, I knew it was somewhere.

Be interesting to see how he goes in that position.

Not good to have injuries at any time but on a positive note it's better to have them at this stage of the season rather than the end. With our disrupted pre-season you'd expect people to be picking up niggling injuries at this point. At least none of them appear to be Kirmond/Aspinwall type injuries (touch wood).

:( Not good mate, I would have liked to have seen Hodgson last night who I have great respect for. I also think Lunt could be knocking on the International door, great prospect

Hope all recover soon. No one likes to see players out injured.
