I was watching Fox sports news yesterday lunchtime and Brown was being interviewed... he was talking about his time at Huddersfield and his aspirations, all in all he was pretty dismissive of the game in the UK and the standard of the superleague... much of it was about the quality of training and sports education that young players get... which he seemed to think was the major reason for the difference between superleague and NRL... he also claimed that the english players needed so much coaching that his role at Huddersfield was/is more like coaching Jersey Flegg (under 20s) team in Australia... rather than coaching a full time top class rugby league team. he is obviously enjoying himself but came across as laughing at the UK game in general! |

Having seen England versus Oz in the World Cup its easy to see why. |

This doesn't surprise me at all. As long as Nathan is enjoying himself in Hudds I'm happy. Onwards and upwards for the Giants - that's what counts. |
