Couldn't make last night as I live and work in London, and can't make Friday nights. Am a season ticket holder! Am sure am not the only 1 who can't make Friday. Terrible to read all the sour grapes from other fans. There is a recession on and all play off attendances are down so don't attack one team, Leeds and Saints were relatively poor last week. Am shocked at the sniping. We are a club on the way up, and the fans will come.

dont know how long you've been a supporter but whatever we do we will be slated for it!!
if it isn't our crowds its our tactics etc or the fact that we didn't get relegated after 3 years at the bottom or the merger rubbish or the fact that.... oh you get the drift

some people just cant or wont move with the times and accept that we are no longer the easybeats, some people are jealous that we, as a club have overtaken their clubs or that we have thrashed their clubs this season

its rather ironic that the one clubs fans that are obsessed with how poor other clubs crowds are are the ones who for 20 odd years couldnt give a rats backside about their own club who now claim they are the best supporters!

We do get some real needle, don't we.

People who see fit to pas judgement aren't worthy of having their opinions considered. They're just oxygen thieves.

Not having a go, but how many of the Giants fans who chant 'Fartown fartown' every week actually went to Fartown? Virtually none.

Like I said not having a pop but i think i make a fair point. From an outsiders (fax fan) point of view you are heading in the right direction and if you keep up the good work the crowds should come.

The biggest cheer of the season was the chant of 'ENGLAND' when it looked like a bit of biff might begin on the pitch.

Regardless of all the comments, all the play off games crowd figures so far have been poor.

A trip to wembley and a third place finish is a decent season all round.

Our gates normally dip significantly when moved to Friday night.

Our Sky game versus cas got 6k and versus HKR got 6.3K. They would have brought around 1K and 1.5K respectively. These are games covered our STs.

So 4.2K with no STs and a dozen french fans is okay.

I think it is disappointing but does not justify some of the frankly ridiculous garbage that has gone on the forums as a result.

it was a poor crowd for me, for all the reasons stated, but cant see for the life in me why we get so much flak from other clubs about it, over the season ive been pleased with the growth in support for the giants, in fact even though it was a poor turnout last night i know 10 people who were new fans since wembley and still enjoyed the game and will be back for more.

You get it for precisely the same reason that supporters of Fartown and numerous other clubs (Halifax were one of the worst) gave it to Bradford over all sorts of things when we became successful.

Don't think anyone really ever had a pop at Bradfords crowds, they were generally always very good.
