so we are in the play offs,with hopefully a grand final appearance to add to a cup final, but what are your favourite/worse memories of the 2009 season? and if we had awards what would your nominations be? PLAYER OF THE YEAR Crabtree YOUNG PLAYER OF THE YEAR Lunt MOST IMPROVED PLAYER Crabtree MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT Bret Stepping past Graham in the semi MOST FORGETTABLE MOMENT Wires first try at Wembly, typical of our losses. BEST GROUND VISITED Wembley 
WORST GROUND VISITED OVERALL BEST MEMORY OF 2009 Smashing Wigin off the park in the last regular game, knowing we would have finished 3rd in the league! |

PLAYER OF THE YEAR Brett Hodgson YOUNG PLAYER OF THE YEAR Sean Lunt MOST IMPROVED PLAYER Keith Mason MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT Catalan at Home (too entire family and got looked after by stewards etc) MOST FORGETTABLE MOMENT Giants V Celtic first half - lovely sunset. BEST GROUND VISITED Wembley but I enjoyed the atmosphere at Wigan and at Warrington against Saints. WORST GROUND VISITED Not been to many away games this year as money has been tight (I have a small extension built). but of those I can't say as the what the modern stadium lack in terms of atmosphere the older stadia win on. OVERALL BEST MEMORY OF 2009 The train TO Warrington in the cup. |

PLAYER OF THE YEAR = Brett Hodgson YOUNG PLAYER OF THE YEAR = Shaun Lunt MOST IMPROVED PLAYER = Leroy Cudjoe/Keith Mason MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT = Wild's try against saints in the semi - thats when i knew we were going to Wembley MOST FORGETTABLE MOMENT = Salford at home - awful peformance,depressing atmosphere BEST GROUND VISITED = Wembley WORST GROUND VISITED = Odsal OVERALL BEST MEMORY OF 2009 = The whole season !! going from relegation fodder to what we have become is a fantastic achievement all round |

PLAYER OF THE YEAR = Brett Hodgson YOUNG PLAYER OF THE YEAR = Shaun Lunt MOST IMPROVED PLAYER = david faiumu MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT = danny kirmonds try when we looked like we was going out and there was a massive buzz round the ground MOST FORGETTABLE MOMENT = leeds at home massive hype and we got a trashing didnt do us any favours BEST GROUND VISITED = Wembley WORST GROUND VISITED = gratton always in my opinion OVERALL BEST MEMORY OF 2009 = in the challenge cup semis when que sera sera echo'd round the ground was a brill feeling as we knew we as off to wembley and against saints aswell who have beaten us in the cup 3 of the last 4 seasons |
