I'm sure you were aware but last night saw the annual Presentation night. The results of the awards were as follows: Squadbuilder man of steel – Keith Mason Giants On Tour Player Of The Year - Eorl Crabtree Academy Player Of The Year - Elliot Hodgson Most Improved Academy Player - Abdul Khan Academy Player Of The Year - Alex Brown Top Try Scorer - David Hodgson Top Tackler – Stephen Wild Most Metres Gained - David Hodgson Outstanding Achievement Award - Shaun Lunt (from Workington to Wembley) Try Of The Season – Michael Lawrence against Hull KR @ Craven Park – High kick caught on full and sprint 90m Coaches Player Of The Year - Keith Mason Players Player Of The Year – Brett Hodgson Supporters Player Of The Year: Brett Hodgson It was a good evening hosted by Dave Wood (BBC commentator and journo) and interviewer was James Deighton from BBC radio leeds. |
