Looks like we will finish 3rd/4th after Sunday's defeat, as the top 2 spots feels highly unlikely given we are likely to rest players at Knowsley Road and as a result we'll probably lose.

What it means is we'll have to play against Saints or Rhino's away from home in week 1, our record at home (SL) is 50%, won 6, lost 6, away from home it's 82%, won 9, lost 2 plus a win on neutral ground.

So in essence we are by far, a more successful team away than we are at home.

So is it such a big deal in reality given our season so far, I tend to think this may work to our advantage, views?

Playing at home is always more favourable for players

Not with the lack of support you guys have and a half empty stadium I think you would fair better away from the galpharm in playoffs.
