Thought it would be a good idea to have a thread for every away game where you could put PRACTICAL details for some of the virgins attending away games. No chat if possible

IE pubs, travel details, Parking, where Giants fans congregate, eating houses etc.

Best advice is to get there early, park in the club car park. Costs £4 i think but is fairly secure, right next to the ground and a 10 minute walk to town. I think a good pub is the Webb Ellis

or there is a multi storey car park in Twickenham town centre - we've used it before,go for a meal, a few drinks then take a walk to the ground (about 15-20 mins walk)

Where will most be congregating afterwards for the Wire Saints match? Am I to guess those staying over will probably going straight to their digs to get ready for their night out. All I want to do after is watch this game have something to eat then crash at my hotel I aint out with the rabble!!

Where will I find this weatherspoons from the Twickenham train station?

i wont be going back to my hotel, once im out im out :D even though most of my party seem intent on getting dressed up to the nines etc, so you might have some company nic :D

i imagine the quins bar under the stand might have it on? they usually have a band on as well ,otherwise then the webb ellis is your best bet

there's plenty pubs/restaurants around twickenham town centre which i've found most are pretty welcoming

yes daz there is a multi storey in the centre but expensive IIRC

I'm with you there martin. Once i'm out i'm out. Whats the point in getting dressed up? Pubs will let us in with colours on i'm sure. And if hawkins and bricks think that putting a clean, freshly ironed shirt on and a bit of old spice will drive the southern girls wild with passion and entice them back to their hotel room then were in for a funny night. Hawkins will be leathered before half time and bricks will be too busy looking for a place to plug in his phone charger!

The car park just a bit further up the road from the ground charges by the number of people in the car, more people = smaller charge cheaper than the club car park if there are 3+ in the car.

THERE IS ONLY ONE STAND OPEN AT QUINS :)

well sometimes they open the north stand (behind the sticks) for away fans but dont think they'll bother on saturday, usually sit towards the right of the stand as you sit in it.

get to the webb ellis pre game everyone :)
