I went to the game tonight (I live in Hud- so back already :) )

Very disapointed with the crowd (6,346), for a clash as big as this it should have been getting 10k.

There was very little promotion before the game, they didn't even offer student tickets for £5 for this one.

2k there from KR, we did our part...

V.Disappointing from us. We have more ST holders than what turned up tonight. A bit of rain is all it takes to put off heaps, it's a real poor show.

If London is Athens, Yorkshire is Sparta, a tougher community and proud of it.

Why after every match do we have to go through the "rubbish crowd" thread...it was a Friday night, it was against Hull (no offence intended before anyone starts but some dont like to attend games against Hull), and it was pouring down, and it was on TV. The crowd was better than I had expected. And KR did do their part but a large number departed early doing their version of the Wigan walk!

Now can we please talk about something else other than our crowds.

IIRC we are averaging better crowds than half the league. Do you post on their forums how poor the crowd was too?

[edit]my side got a pussywhipping so I need to resort to the default HKR supporter position of complaining about the crowd[/edit]

To be fair I am also disappointed though and I think it's poor. I know why our lot haven't turned up and while I can understand some of the reasons I don't necessarily agree with them.

Hull KR took more than a thousand tonight and the maths don't look good in terms of home numbers. 2nd versus 4th, just into the semis of the Cup, and less home fans there than ST's sold.

None taken, but it's a Home game!! :?

I'm not moaning about the loss, we were outplayed, the Giants looked better in every department. Not much more to say about the game really.

Well played Giants! And whilst you fans are not the noisest bunch you always seem pleasant enough in and around the ground

I'd like to applaud Luke Robbo's fan club that were sat in front of us tonight.
Ladies, please come back next time, you were brilliant at getting a song out of the miserable gits sat around us!!! :thumb:
