Post subject:  who would you swap ?
Bit of light-hearted thinking time now, who of the current 1st team(regulars) would you swap with a past player that has played super league for us - so from 1998 onwards (for any bandwaggon fans me way have :) ).

i'll start with Danny Russell at Hooker for Scott Moore - simply because even though he was playing in a very poor side Danny stood out head and Shoulders above everyone and gave 110% to the side every week despite knowing we were probably gonna get thrashed !

Danny Russel, some games carried the other 16 players in the squad, shockingly mistreated by Kear.

Stan for Brown, Gleeson for Fatz, Skandalis for Griff or Jacko or Korki, Drew for Moore, Costin for Brown.

Ali Davis for Robbo

Thought he didnt deserve his "cold shoulder" treatment to sign the "star" :lol: :lol: :lol: signing who replaced him either !

Now he REALLY was a little dynamo, 110% and buzzed about the centre of the park

He`d also tackle owt that moved!
IMO -a big mistake at that time!!

IIRC when Danny Russel left the club altogether, he pretty much said the same thing about him too, saying he was a player that really could have made it SL.
