Certainly Bulls have had the problems with injuries and it is clear that there backs and half backs are not up to it.

the big surprise is their forwards.
I expected them to have a big bullying pack but Burgess looks like a shadow ( albeit a fatter one) of him former self.

If you look at our pack now compared to the Bulls how many of them would you choose over ours. Griffin, Mason, Moore, Wild, Raleigh, Eorl, Lunt etc seem to be far better than their pack.
Obviously coaching and confidence has a lot to play in it but some of our players are now showing the quality that they have.

Menzies whlist a class act seems to struggle being a one man band and to my mind is playing too much game time. Bad days at the Hole in the ground

What is our fascination with the Bulls all of a sudden?

I would guess it is born from seeing a once great club strugglinng and it being a reflection of where we were a while ago :?:

For me i suppose it is the fact that they have been one of our great competitors for a long time and have always been able to pull RL fans away from Huddersfield back to Bradford.

Even when i was a kid at school a lot of my mates who lived in Brighouse or Hipperholme etc would support Town at soccer but Bradford at Rugby.

Unfortunatley as sad as it is their will always be a correlation between the success of the Giants at the expense of our main competitors and vice versa.

Whether that is crowds, publicity, sponsorship etc. For the Giants to move on we need to be eclipsing our closest rivals and whilst i wish no ill luck to Fax, Bradford , batley, Dewsbury or wakey as long as we are doing well we will benefit if they are not doing well.
