Last season Phil Clarke repeated on numerous times that Huddersfield were a better team then they were showing and were only a couple of intellegent signings away from a grand final place.

I did not agree with PC but so far this season it appears highly realistic that Huddersfield will be in the Grand final mix.

I was just wondering whether Huddersfield fans expected to your team playing so well and consistently winning. What have been the major differences between this year and the past couple of years

yup gotta agree - more or less the same players but one man has transformed them from decent players not playing to their full potential to a team of winners who do not seem to know how to be beaten and work hard fo reach other - that man ---- Nathan Brown !

Mark Andrews the aussie conditioner should also get a mention. The players are looking lean and mean.

There are lots of variables, aren't there. A new coach with new methods. A full back who is playing really well at the moment. A new conditioner. Some rule changes around the ruck area that are playing into our hands, tactically. The season ticket offer attracting new fans. Existing fans laying off the team and the coach for a while. Right now they're an eclectic mix! Let's hope the same vibe sticks around if we lose a few.

Aye, there will be a time when we lose a couple and that is when we'll be really tested. If Leeds can lose 3 or 4 on the bounce then we certainly can. Good times for the now though, and long may it continue.

Personally not bothered about losing a few BG as long as heads dont go down - If the standards are maintained - which hopefully by "rotation" competion for places it seems they are being - and the same effort and commitment is shown consistently - then much shouldn`t go far wrong
If it throws up the odd blip / unlucky loss/ or a ref panning us unfairly - and its not justice - then I can certainly live with those sort of losses - disappointing though they may be
A glut of injuries ( god forbid) can also have a damaging disruptive effect - but fingers crossed the squad seems to,have the strength in depth - and replacements the enthusiasm - to overcome that aspect
Long may the present status quo continue and the average win/loss ratio stay the right side of the crossbar -consistency being the key!
Theres strong evidence that NB has instilled that vital factor in my view

Exactly. One swallow doesn't make a Summer

A small part of me wants to see us suffer some injuries. If we can win games with 3 or 4 key players out that will be really saying something.
