Will depend. Last season we had sweet FA to play for in the league or cup.

we should have good team out. Mcnally will be with us FT by then. assuming Batley have nowt to play for maybe jermaine plus those players who have not played for us in the CC final.

My pals who follow Batley tell me he is one of, if not their best player.

Flanagan was going well for them too but he's not going to be doing much for a couple of years now.

Tom Hemingway too cos he's hardly likely to get a 1st team start this season.

I feel for Tom, he's had no luck at all.

Will Jermaine's loan spell be affected in any way now Thornton has left, presuming it was Thornton that wanted him there in the 1st place

Not sure but it's got to be better for him as well, although they're not having the best time. He'd go well at the top Championship sides like 'Fax or Widnes I think. I think he's going to go well for us one day.

I would have thought the loan was with the club rather than with the Batley coach himself. Whoever replaces Thornton though i'm sure will want to retain the services of McGillvary. He showed up well gainst Fax in the friendly and if it wasn't for the flier on the wing opposite him he'd have score a few tries that day.
