bit of fun guys - anyone remember that ? - how many grounds can you name that you have been to that are no longer with us or no longer used for rugby league?

remember you have to have been to them !

And some would say that The Willows (Salford) hasn't been used for Rugby league for a while

I saw Fartown play at Craven Cottage about 1981. No RL there now.

remember going to old rochdale ground and it was pouring down all match and a female streaker appeared
also what about wigginton road - york
station road - swinton
elland road - to watch hunslet
and across the road from there to watch fartown at hunslet ground with posts like american football
blackpools ground by the tower
alt park in huyton listening to cars been blown up

is that the one where there was a river or canal behind the main stand and the balls often got kicked into after a penalty :?:

If so it was one of the roughest places i have ever been i remember it was one scary place. I remember seeing Geoff Fletcher player and manager of huyton a real RL man but as big, ugly and as mean as you could get, rushing out of the shop or bar ( he did everything there) and his toupe falling off. We all wanted to laugh but were far too scared :!:

york used to play closer to the city but i cant think of the name.

douglas bowl- isle of man
