Stole this off the Bulls borad so apologies to FA for breaching his copyright but i have always loved Greek and Roman history. So if every Giants player was a Greek or Roman god who would they be? Naturally they would all see themselves as Priapus ( the god of male virility ) but unless anyone wishes to post corroborative evidence we'll just have to leave that one to our imaginations I'll start: Griffin - Atlas. Our strong man. Mason - Mars, the God of War. Wiped out peacock with one punch Lolesi - Dionysus, the god of wine, parties and merriment D Hodgson- Hermes the god of speed Brett Hodgson - Zeus king of the Gods and our leader Korkidas - Cyclops strong one eyed creature Robinson- a nymph a small delicate creature Brown- eros the god of lust and love ( for some reason some of our female fans fancy him) Anyone else got any suggestions |

Jammer thinks he's Jake the Musc from Once Were Warriors! Sorry for not following the classical comparison. |
