Have to admit that last nights game was the second worst performance I've seen in the significant number of years I've been supporting Fartown. The worst being Catalans away in 2008 when we lost 48-0 and ended Jon Sharp's time in charge.

With the pound being so poor now the days of money talks are over and it's down to how big a club you are to recruit quality. We have tried for at least 4 top quality aussie halfbacks and were in the mix for Widdop but ended up with Frawley because he is the only one that would come to play here. Woolford needs two more years to get rid our deadwood and recruit his own players, but we will probably be in the championship by then.
if only we gave jackson hastings abit more time he may have signed.
championship we wont have a club if relegated, part time maybe

As a Giants fan surely you mean that you hope that the Leeds club are getting complacent rather than Not getting complacent?

Shame about the wasted effort put in by the club to go round businesses in and around Huddersfield giving away hundreds of tickets then the team putting in that kind of performance or lack of one, not one of those who got a "freeby" will be willing to part with their hard earned money to watch the Giants again. Apart from 10 minutes we were never anywhere near to Leeds and they just strolled tries in at will, toying with us at times. We had absolutely no idea in attack, defence or organisation. 80 minutes of rugby and we managed to get the ball to Mcgilvary once and that was a forward pass. I watched the game with a Town fan and even he was screaming at the tele to get the ball wider and stop the predictable drive up the middle. Don't know where we'll go from here but on a positive note it can only be upwards. Several of our players need to really have a look at themselves and ask f they're up to the job.

Should have delayed it 48 hours or at a week in my opinion. Or at least have positioned it very differently.
Average , pre- planned , amateur marketing once again by the Giants.
That wont have been sent Saturday morning. It will have been set up to go out at a set time and date after making the assumption that there will have been thousands extra at the game and a good time had by all!
