Frawley was a massive problem tonight, why on earth did he get back into the team? Should have have kept with Holmes on the back of his recent performances. Frawley isolated Gaskell and prevented the backs getting any ball thanks to his deadful and predictable dummy.
He in my opinion was one of them major factors to our loss. We should have scored early and got our tails up, instead we capitulated.
Dont get me started about our forwards....
and the muscle
So much of that i agree with, but you'll know if you have been reading this forum that certain players are above criticism no matter how poor they are, like you i'm at a loss as to why Holmes was left out , I think Woolford is a trier but i also think he is out of his depth in certain areas .
We must be a real possibility for the chop now , i can't see anyone we can beat and with a set of forwards like we have it' s not surprising. I repeat relegation may be our most realistic chance to get rid of some very expensive players both home grown and imports.
We may not get relegated but if we don.t then it will be another 20 years of the same old tosh, promises and dreams. If we do get the chop and Mr Davy stays on, it will be essential to get someone in who knows what he;s doing or once again when we get promoted ( which i think we would ) we would once again just be making up the numbers.
That was a big game tonight for both sides and we all saw which side had the stomach and the muscle for the job, We have a pack that is just not up to the job, most are too lightweight or don;t have the skills , offloading is still not part of Rugby league as far as the Giants go and we got exactly what we deserved tonight.
