Heard Wardle was looking for a way out of Cas where he’s not happy. Not sure we need him unless he’s willing to shift the weight and switch back to centre as we have a plethora of second row forwards. I trust that Woolford will do the right thing. He has so far.

how could cas afford ikahihifos wages? they are upto the cap as it is and cant see wardle being on the same pay as him.
He left to try his luck in the NRL, cant blame him for that.
We were the first club his agent contacted when he decided he was coming back but Thewlis offered him absolute peanuts. Hes been desperate to come back to the Giants even last year from what I hear. At least we know he wants to play for the club and having him here should allow us to keep Jake for much longer.

nah mate i remember it well he spat the dummy out when he wasnt getting in the team and was playing awful that season, good pals with brown so he gave him a chance in the nrl.
anyway not a done deal yet but yep im not a fan of players like that, mullally same.
no wonder thewlis offered him peanuts, was right too aswell with the amount of games he plays, not many

Ins None so far
He'd be a good signing of Cas and add a bit more grunt in the middle
His big problem as Woolford sees it is his lack of fitness- with fewer subs available next year you need your pack to be fit- I get that - but I also thought that we have plenty of forwards that can do big minutes, Bruno, Mellor, taai, And Fergi if we can keep him on the pitch!!!! all more than capable of doing 80 minutes in the back rows- so surely we can afford an impact prop....
