I wrote to complain to James Brammer? twice last year, and received pretty average replies. We will never move forward too much without an imaginative marketing department. I despair again! They lose out on a huge amount of trade.

Totally agree with all your comments. Why on earth they're delaying I have no idea at all. If it's a supply issue.... all they need to do is release the design (i.e. Not modelled, just the drawings), which would at least get people excited about it, then when they do launch it at 16:30 on Christmas Eve people will have already decided whether they're having it or not.

Kits are in some cases designed over a year in advance. Leeds had the final design back and finished in June, preliminary designs were seen as early as March (roughly). I'm sure you'll be the same. Do they not understand that in the off-season there's only 2 things to keep people interested... 1) New Signings 2) New Kit. It must be so disappointing that your Marketing people come up with some really great stuff. £80 season tickets and the like to get people hooked on this great game of ours, but then can't deliver on the most simple of things like launching the new kit with enough time for people to be buzzing about it before Christmas.

"It'll be out in time for Christmas" isn't good enough. It needs to be out WELL in time for Christmas.

I agree with the comments on here as it is a shambles!!! Asking people to put money down in advance without even seeing it is a disgrace would they do it themselves one has to ask!!!

We have a few overseas supporters and with the last posting date for christmas being next week they can't have the new shirts in their stockings now can they!!! It's monday 6th for Oz and NZ and next Friday for USA and Canada!!

I have complained to the shops in regards to the lack of things especially shirts in certain sizes but all I get is well we have this and that and no doubt this'll be what they say to our overseas fans well you can't have but we have this and this!! It's a cop out!!

i've emailed the club several times about the new kit (or old kit by time it turns up)but the way the marketing dept works i won't hold my breath for a reply.

The sponsors Caboodle wish to unveil the shirt as part of their marketing strategy linked to the club.

We have been pushing Kooga as always for delivery and are promised the day prior to the launch so we will have time to collate them and get them into the shops.
I have seen the thread on the website and we have never failed to get the shirts into the shops pre xmas although on occassions it has been very very tight its fair to say ! Lets hope the weather allows us to hit the launch date ( thats the 14th and will be announced tomorrow am told ) with kit for sale.

In a roundabout way the criticism on the board ensures that its a much talked about subject so when we do launch there will be plenty of fans here to see it which is what Caboodle wants and the associated sales of course.
